Katie Hazard

Hello! I am Katie Hazard, a third-year student in the Digital Media program at Drexel University. I'm also studying to become proficient in French.

One of my major hobbies is dancing, which I have been doing since the age of three. I am currently an active member of the Drexel Dance Ensemble. From dancing I have learned how to memorize information quicky, dynamically time movement to music, and tell a story without the aid of words. Dance has also taught me that transitions are no less important than the big steps and that the success of a show is dependent upon the combined efforts of everyone involved. I approach digital media with the same passion I have for dance and use the skills I have learned as a dancer to improve myself as a digital artist.
